Appointment Booking
All appointments must be booked through our approved booking method or by contacting the salon directly.
Please make sure you choose the correct service when booking. If you are unsure which service you need, call the salon before booking.
Deposit Policy
A 10% deposit is required to confirm your appointment.
Your appointment is not fully confirmed until the deposit is received. Deposits help secure your time slot and reduce missed appointments.
Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the salon.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you are late, your appointment may need to be adjusted, shortened, or rescheduled depending on the schedule for that day.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact the salon as early as possible.
Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or late rescheduling may affect your ability to book future appointments.
Hair Preparation
Please follow any preparation instructions given before your appointment.
Depending on the service, your hair may need to be washed, detangled, stretched, or ready for styling before arrival. If your hair needs extra preparation, additional charges may apply.
Service Time
Service times may vary based on hair length, hair condition, style size, and the selected service.
TEBS HAIR STUDIO will do its best to complete your service within the expected time, but some appointments may take longer than estimated.
Photos and Content
TEBS HAIR STUDIO may take photos or videos of completed hairstyles for portfolio, website, Google Business Profile, and social media use.
If you do not want your photo or video used, please let us know before or during your appointment.
Pricing
Prices may vary based on hair length, size, style details, maintenance needs, and additional work required.
Final pricing may be confirmed before the service begins.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking information, arriving on time, and following salon instructions before and after the appointment.
